ORIGINAL STORY:
A man and woman from Middleburg have been taken into custody in connection to the riots at the U.S. Capitol that happened Jan. 6.
Rachael Lynn Pert, 40, and Dana Joe Winn, 45, have surrendered and are in the custody of the Middle District of Florida, according to a release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Pert and Winn are set to appear before U.S. Magistrate Judge James Klindt at the U.S. Courthouse in downtown Jacksonville at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday.
