JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — An outage was reported at XFINITY by Comcast in many places throughout the country on Monday.
"We’re continuing to investigate what appears to be a temporary network interruption that impacted some of our services this morning. Our engineers have been working on this and services are starting to be restored. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused our customers," Comcast said in a statement at about 12:30 p.m.
Comcast said at about 1:30 p.m. that the company had repaired the temporary network interruption that impacted several customers.
A Jacksonville Comcast representative said the company is investigating the cause of the outages.
