ATLANTIC BEACH, Fla. — An Atlantic Beach Zoning Committee unanimously approved a new gate gas station near the intersection of A1A and Atlantic Boulevard.
The decision to approve it comes after thousands of people signed a petition to keep it out of the community.
Atlantic Beach's mayor has laid out 10 conditions for the business including parking, enhancing the landscape, the use of outdoor speakers and more.
