JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The mother charged with child neglect and lying to police in connection with the disappearance of her daughter Taylor Rose Williams will now face a judge on Dec. 18.
Brianna Williams’ arraignment was supposed to take place Wednesday, but on Tuesday, it was changed to Dec. 18.
