Action News Jax saw vehicles lining up since around 4 a.m. to get tested.
The parking lot off Atlantic Boulevard quickly filled up, with one line against the sidewalk leading to the testing site, and eight adjacent rows of vehicles waiting to get their turn.

The site stopped allowing vehicles to enter the parking lot at around 6:30 a.m., in order to evaluate how many individuals inside each car needed testing.
