JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Update 9:34 p.m.: The DOT traffic camera shows that all lanes have reopened on the Dames Point Bridge and traffic is flowing normally.

The Department of Transportation camera shows a crash causing traffic delays on the Dames Point Bridge heading north.
There appears to be only one lane open on the bridge as the wreck is cleared.
