JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens invites the community to free admission to the museum for a celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

The celebration, sponsored by The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida’s Presidentialesdiential Grants Program, will feature various events and activities throughout the day.
Highlights for the day include:
- Prayer for Peace led by local community leaders with a vocal performance by the Jacksonville Arts & Music School chorus
- Performances by trained jazz vocalist Akia Uwanda
- Family storytime of the life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
- A performance by The Performers Academy Teens
