10:15 a.m. Wednesday update: Florida Highway Patrol identified the Jacksonville bicyclist killed Wednesday morning as JoeAnn Lee Lawrence, 37.

According to FHP, the fatal collision occurred at 6:09 a.m. at 9380 103rd Street. Troopers say a Ford vehicle traveling eastbound on 103rd St. hit Lawrence on a tricycle while she attempted to cross in the northwest direction.
Lawrence was pronounced deceased at Orange Park Medical Center.
The eastbound lanes were blocked for several hours as officials investigated.
Family tells Action News Jax Lawrence was married and has two children: one with special needs and a teenage daughter. Family says the teen witnessed the crash happen.
FHP says charges are pending further investigation.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, there is a fatality on 103rd Street.
Troopers responded to the scene at 7:20 a.m. Wednesday.
Authorities say eastbound lanes are blocked at Chaffee Road.
A Jacksonville officer told Action News Jax a child was not involved in the crash. The crash scene is a block away from a local charter school.
