A Callahan man was jailed after he reportedly put his hand into a Domino's Pizza employee's shirt during a delivery.
Timothy Melton, 55, was charged with lewd and lascivious behavior after the Aug. 31 incident.

Despite this, the report said, Melton shoved money down her shirt, which partially exposed her chest. Melton told the driver that he didn't want to "go further" because he would get into trouble, the report said.
Melton asked her if she liked her hand down her shirt, the report said. The driver was fearful because of Melton's size, the report said. The report listed Melton as weighing 300 pounds.
The victim was distraught and crying after the encounter, deputies said.
Melton told deputies that the "put the money in her collar because her hands were full" and that he "didn't see no harm in it." Melton smelled strongly of alcohol, the report said.
Melton resisted being handcuffed, the report said. The Domino's driver was taken to the scene and identified Melton, the report said.
