ATLANTIC BEACH, Fla. — Two people were arrested for prostitution Thursday after an investigation centering around a massage business, the Atlantic Beach Police Department announced.

ABPD said in a Facebook post that it was getting “complaints from people who had noticed suspicious behaviors” at Ocean Massage, which is located on Atlantic Boulevard near 3rd Street.

The ABPD said the investigation led to “2 masseuses, to include the owner, arrested for prostitution.”

Action News Jax checked Florida Department of State records and found a LLC named “Atlantic Ocean Massage LLC” with an address that matches the address for Ocean Massage.

The registered agent listed for the LLC is Lanying Cai, state records show. According to Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office inmate information search records, a woman with that same name is listed as being in custody the Duval County Jail for a charge of prostitution.
