JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Five people shot including a 3-year-old on Harts Road in Jacksonville, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
JSO said the suspect was a man wearing all black and possibly a face mask.
Police said one of the shooting victims died at the scene. The others were taken to a local hospital.
