GLYNN COUNTY, Ga. — Police are looking for a man who robbed a local Subway at gunpoint.
A customer stopped in for dinner and ended up fighting a crook. Surveillance video shows a customer inside a Brunswick Subway trying to stop an armed man Monday night. In the video, you can see him grabbing the crook, but the customer falls to the ground and the robber gets away.

“The drawer was open, change was all over the counter and it was empty,” said Zaundra Lively, the store manager.
Just a few minutes before, you can see the man walk in slowly. He has a shirt covering his face, and he’s wearing bright-colored gloves. In the video, you can see him sitting at a table looking around. His legs are even shaking at one point. He then gets up, pulls out a gun, walks up to the counter and points the gun at an employee and demands cash. The employee listens and gives him the money.
“I’m really hoping they do find him and get him off the streets before he does it to someone else,” Lively said.
Police said just two nights before this robbery, a Dollar General was robbed at gunpoint, about 2 miles away. Action News Jax asked if the two robberies are related and was told it’s a possibility, but police are still investigating.
