Gov. DeSantis to give opening remarks at Jacksonville Memorial Day ceremony

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Gov. Ron DeSantis is slated to give opening remarks at Jacksonville’s Memorial Day ceremony Monday morning.

According to Action News Jax’s radio partner 104.5 WOKV, Gov. DeSantis will deliver an opening address at 8:30 a.m. from the ceremony at the Veterans Memorial Wall in Downtown Jacksonville.

The pre-ceremony has already started for a Memorial Day observance. This includes a presentation of service wreaths, a flyover and the playing of music.

Tune into FOX30 or 104.5 WOKV at 8:30 a.m. to watch or listen to the Florida governor give his address.
