JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Update 5:35 p.m.: Traffic cameras show cars moving at a normal pace along I-95 South and it appears that the emergency vehicles have left the scene.

Traffic cameras show heavy delays on I-95 South at Old St. Augustine Road due to a police presence.

It’s unclear what is causing the delays, but traffic headed south is at backed up. Avoid the area, if possible.
