JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville has a new name.
The City of Jacksonville and the Jumbo Shrimp announced Wednesday they have a new partnership with 121 Financial.
As part of a naming-rights agreement, the stadium will be called 121 Financial Ballpark, (pronounced One to One) for a 13-year term, expiring in 2033, according to a press release from the credit union.
121 Financial will also be considered the official credit union of Jacksonville’s baseball team.
“This partnership allows to continue to invest private dollars in the ballpark & keep prices affordable for ALL families,” the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp said in a social media post.
