JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Douglas Anderson School of the Arts musical theatre students went on spring break in early March assuming they would be back at school, performing with their friends within a week.
However, amid the spread of the novel coronavirus, they now find themselves learning from home - unable to come together for practices, rehearsals and performances.

Instead, these students came together to student-produce a video cover of the song “From Now On” from “The Greatest Showman.”
“While we do not know for how long we will be apart, we wanted to remind one another and artists everywhere that we would indeed ‘come back home, home again.’ Till then, to quote Stephen Sondheim’s ‘Sweeney Todd,’ ‘if (we) cannot fly, let (us) sing,’” the students shared.
