Jacksonville: Shooting investigation on Agave Road

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is investigating a reported shooting on Agave Road in the Southside Estates area.

WHAT WE KNOW:

Action News Jax learned about the shooting around 2 a.m. Wednesday.
A home and a portion of Agave Road is taped off by police as they investigate.
Patrol cars along with two crime scene vans are in the area.
A medical examiner also arrived at the crime scene and left.
Investigators are going in and out the home wearing head-to-toe white bodysuits.

Action News Jax is working to learn what happened that led to a reported shooting and why investigators are wearing the suits.
