Jacksonville residents in the area of Atlantic Boulevard and San Pablo Road may be experiencing trouble calling 911 from a landline if they have AT&T, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
JSO says there is an issue with the telecommunications company that is affecting emergency calls.
Those who are experiencing this issue can call 904-630-0500 for emergency services. If you need the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department, call 904-630-0522.
