JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is asking for more information from witnesses about Mathias Etoh, 21. Etoh was arrested on Oct. 24 on multiple counts of sexual battery and kidnapping.
Etoh has three open cases for sexual battery: one from July, one from September and one from October.
In two of the three cases, the report states Etoh met the victim at a bar in Jacksonville Beach and took them back to his residence, where he sexually assaulted them. The third case stated the victim met Etoh at a house party.
The third case also stated Etoh abducted the victim, and multiple witnesses stated he threw the victim into the car and drove off with the passenger door open and the victim’s feet hanging out the door.
Etoh was arrested for kidnapping, inflicting bodily harm or terrorizing the victim, battery causing bodily harm and sexual battery, according to JSO reports.
JSO said there may be potential witnesses to these incidents or possibly others, and are asking anyone with additional information to contact them.
