JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A man has died of his injuries following a shooting Sunday evening, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
Officers said they received a 911 call about a person that had been in the 300 block of Cahoon Road North.
The man, who had been shot at least once, was taken to a hospital, where he later died., JSO said.
“At this time, we are attempting to locate any and all witnesses as well as any video surveillance in the area. At this time we do not have a suspect description to release, but we will update the public further if that information becomes available,” JSO said in a statement.
