More than 200 Jacksonville AT&T customers affected by internet outage

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — More than 200 AT&T customers in the East Arlington area were notified of an internet outage on Tuesday morning.

Customers received a text message from the company that stated in part, “We expect to fix it in 6-7 hours.”

Affected customers were encouraged to visit https://shm.att.com/t/3ywZAbT4B4TN for support.
