$1 Million Powerball ticket sold in Jacksonville

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — You’ve probably heard the saying a million times but you have a higher chance of getting struck by lightning or being allergic to water than winning the lottery.

Well, the odds were in favor of one lucky Jacksonville player.

Over the weekend someone right here in Jacksonville won $1 million from a POWERBALL ticket.
