Organizations to host drive-thru food drive Tuesday in Jacksonville

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Farm Share, a food nonprofit, is partnering with Bethel Church and the Clara White Mission to give food to 1,000 families in Jacksonville ahead of Christmas.

The drive-thru free food giveaway will take place Tuesday, Dec. 22 from 10 a.m. until supplies last at 215 Bethel Baptist Street.

Families will receive fresh produce, non-perishables canned goods, proteins, and water at the event. In order to receive the items, community members must arrive to the event in a vehicle with a trunk or cargo bed.

The event is first-come, first-served.
