JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — If you’re looking for the perfect place to celebrate a birthday or a sweet date, this may be the place for you.
Action News Jax reported in April that the Sugar Factory was opening a new location on Jacksonville’s Southside.
Newly-released renderings are now providing a preview of what the future location will look like.
The restaurant dubbed the “sweetest place on Earth” is well-known for its sweet cocktails, specialty donuts, over-the-top milkshakes and sundaes — and that’s just the dessert menu.

It is slated to open in late spring 2022 at the former Brio Tuscan Grille site (4910 Big Island Drive) at the Markets at Town Center.
The restaurant has multiple locations in Florida, including Miami, Orlando and Tampa, as well as across the country and internationally.
