“The community of Jacksonville Beach is proud to showcase our beautiful coastline as well as welcome visitors from around the country,” said Beach Mayor Hoffman.

The competition will draw surfers from all around the world, including 2021 Olympic gold medalist Carissa Moore.

“We are excited about the athletes competing and the variety of events planned throughout the weekend that empower girls and women. This event will have a significant economic impact for our area as the expected attendance is 20,000 per day,” Hoffman said.

All competitions and activities will be free to the public.

To kick off the event, Carissa Moore is hosting her mentorship program with her charitable foundation Moore Aloha. For an entire day, the Olympian will teach and surf with 24 local girls ages 10 to 16. Click here for more information on the event, including the application process.

The surfing competition will be in the waters at the Jacksonville Beach Pier where many decorated surfers will compete, including Moore’s USA Olympic teammate and Florida native, Caroline Marks, along with former Super Girl champions Tatiana Weston-Webb, Lakey Peterson, Courtney Conlogue and Sage Erickson.

Outside the water, there is an action-packed Festival Village, which will be located at the Sea Walk Pavilion.

The village will include 12 live concerts; family-friendly activities; a military appreciation component; an esports video game competition; an all-female DJ competition; women’s beach soccer and beach volleyball competitions; free classes in fitness, yoga, Zumba, wellness, yoga and Pilates; autographs from the pros; celebrity speakers; several panel discussions promoting female leadership; a beer and wine garden and food court.
