JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Several beach bars, including the Tavern and the Wreck Tiki Lounge, have officially reopened after closing for deep cleaning.
Owner Steven Chelgren tells Action News Jax two out of 35 employees tested positive for the virus this week.
They are now doing temperature checks at the door and hoping for people to be socially responsible.
Due to the increase in cases, Jacksonville beaches bars aren’t sure what the crowds will look like this weekend.
