JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Police said a person is in custody after a man was shot in the stomach in Northwest Jacksonville on Saturday night.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office was called to the 7800 block of Fox Tail Lane just after 8 p.m.
When they arrived, officers found that a man had been shot in the stomach. They also found that the suspect in the shooting was still in the area and was taken into custody.
The man who was shot in the stomach was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
