Tattoo artist accused of sexual battery, Jacksonville police say there may be more victims

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A popular tattoo artist is being accused of sexual battery, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.

The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office arrested James Ranieri, 36, on three felony charges out of Duval County on Wednesday morning following multiple investigations conducted by JSO.

The bond amount for each charge is $125,003, the arrest report stated.

Because his occupation has frequent contact with the community, police believe there could be more victims.
