Youth in Distress: Coming out of the darkness

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Action News Jax led a candid conversation about how local kids are struggling with mental illness.

It’s a problem that’s grown exponentially since the COVID-19 pandemic started.

“You couldn’t get a psychologist with a child for six to nine months if you were lucky,” said Michael Aubin, the president of Wolfson Children’s Hospital.
