Action News Jax has learned of a threat made at a high school on Jacksonville's Westside.
ED White High School officials left a voicemail with parents and students Monday around 7 a.m. stating they are aware of a shooting threat made in a social media post that has been circulating recently.
Due to the threat, authorities said there is added security on the school's campus.
School police are currently investigating the threat.

This is the second local school threat made this school year. Last week, a threat was made for a school with the initials MHS which prompted extra security presence at Mandarin High School in Duval County and Middleburg High School in Clay County.
