The family of a murdered man found dead in Atlantic Beach is pleading for the killer to come forward.
Family members said Dylan McCurdy, 26, was found dead early Monday morning on Featherwood Drive South.
Tuesday, Jacksonville police confirmed this is a murder investigation.
Staring into an Action News Jax camera, Taylar McCurdy made an emotional plea to the person who murdered her brother.

“I have a message for one person and one person only, and that is the coward that shot my big brother,” she said. “I will not sleep until I know your name, and my family gets justice for what you have done.”
“We will find you and you will pay,” she added.
Dylan McCurdy grew up in the Jacksonville area. He was a high school wrestler who went on to train at Camp Blanding.

Most recently, he was working for a contractor, doing construction at the Mayport shipyards.
“He was a loving, caring person, and no one deserved what he got,” said his father, Bruce McCurdy, Sr.
Police said they don’t know if the murder took place where the body was found.
McCurdy’s family said he was shot in the head at point blank range, but officers have not confirmed that information.
JSO has not released any suspect information, but his family says officers have obtained surveillance video.
“He was a good guy,” Taylar McCurdy said. “And someone really shallow and low, this person that took him away from our family, and we just want justice.”
Family members said Dylan McCurdy will be laid to rest Friday.
They asked Action News Jax to share this GoFundMe page to help with expenses.
"We will find you and you will pay."
