Palatka, Fla. — If you live in Putnam County and still need help fixing a hurricane-damaged home, your time is running out to apply in person.
FEMA is closing its Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) at the Fairgrounds.
The last day is Thursday, Dec. 12.

The DRC, located at 117 Yelvington Road in East Palatka, will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
After that, you’ll need to apply for assistance online or by phone.
