JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville area will see coastal showers to start our mild weekend.

Here’s what the First Alert Weather Team said you can expect:
- Cloudy skies Friday evening with scattered showers confined east of U.S. 301.
- Temperatures will be in the 60s overnight.
- Some areas of fog will develop overnight in Northeast Florida through 8 to 9 a.m.
- An isolated coastal shower is possible on Saturday morning with isolated showers Saturday
- Widely scattered showers and possibly a line of thunderstorms Sunday afternoon.
- It will be a mild weekend in the lower to mid-70s in the afternoons.
