Earlier this month, Governor Ron DeSantis announced a new statewide initiative to get Florida’s homebound populations vaccinated.
If you or someone you know is a homebound senior looking for a COVID-19 vaccination, appointment requests can be made by emailing HomeboundVaccine@em.myflorida.com.
You can also call 866-779-6121 to schedule an appointment.
With new COVID-19 vaccine sites opening all over Jacksonville, it is important to remember that homebound seniors are not forgotten.

To date, more than 1,500 homebound seniors have been vaccinated by state strike teams. Today, the state is launching a new way for homebound seniors to sign up to have the vaccine come directly to them. Please email HomeboundVaccine@em.myflorida.com to put in your request.
