JACKSONVILLE — On Saturday, April 3rd, the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition (FRRC) is kicking off Second Chance Month in Jacksonville with its latest statewide bus tour.
The first stop is the Charles Clark Community Center where FRRC will provide a fun, family-friendly opportunity for returning citizens to celebrate Easter.
The events begins at 12 p.m. at Charles Clark Community Center. A press conference will be held at 1:30 pm ET and live-streamed on Instagram and Facebook.
The organization says former inmates can get resources and find support they need to restore their rights.

FRRC is a grassroots organization run by Returning Citizens (Formerly Convicted Persons) who say they are dedicated to ending the disenfranchisement and discrimination against people with convictions and creating a more comprehensive reentry system.
