The U.S. Navy Blue Angels airshow is coming to NAS Jacksonville this weekend.
Action News Jax news anchor Phil Amato flew with the Blue Angels ahead of the airshow, giving us a look at what it's like in the cockpit.

The famed blue U.S. Navy pilots will perform at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27 with a limited encore performance at 3 p.m. The show begins at 10 a.m., and gates open at 9 a.m.
The Blue Angels will also perform Sunday, Oct. 28 at 3 p.m.
The event is free and open to the public.

The base is expecting 300,000 visitors for the shows, so those planning to attend should arrive early each day.
