Man wanted for murder in Georgia captured in St. Johns County, deputies say

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — A man wanted for murder in Georgia has been arrested, according to the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office.

On July, 22 at approximately 9:23 a.m., deputies say they spotted 33-year-old Bobby J. Turner driving a stolen Honda Accord on Racetrack Road.

According to his arrest report, Turner is wanted out of Waynesboro, south of Augusta, for the murder of a 34-year old woman.

The sheriff’s office says its Major Crimes Unit is assisting in the investigation with the Waynesboro Police Department.
