JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Update 1:06 p.m.: All lanes of I-295 are now back open.
All lanes of Interstate 295 northbound at Normandy Boulevard are blocked due to an overturned semi-truck carrying logs. The wreck occurred just before 11 a.m. Wednesday. Traffic on the roadway is being rerouted. Drivers should use an alternative route.
