Jacksonville Jazz Festival returns to Downtown

The Jacksonville Jazz Festival returns this Memorial Weekend in the heart of Downtown. Join the City of Jacksonville and Action News Jax May 24-27 for the second largest jazz festival in the country, with performances by Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, Dianne Reeves, Sheila E, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy and much more!

The festival will be held in the heart of Downtown with three stages of live entertainment. There is also local food, drinks shopping and more spanning 15 blocks.

The festival kicks off Thursday night at the Florida Theatre for the annual Piano Competition. Performances on the three stages begin Friday night at 5 p.m. and run until Sunday night at 11 p.m. For a complete schedule, visit this link.

The Omni Sacred Jazz Brunch returns Sunday, May 27 to the Omni Jacksonville Hotel. Enjoy a buffet of gourmet cuisine while being serenaded by the Noel Freidline Quintet with Maria Howell. Seating is limited; for tickets and more information, click here.
