JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Some cities are great to celebrate New Year’s Eve in, and according to a WalletHub study, Jacksonville is not one of them

The personal finance company compared 100 of America’s biggest cities on 26 key indicators in three big categories: entertainment and food, costs, and safety and accessibility.
WalletHub ranked Jacksonville the 64th best city to celebrate the holiday.

Here are the city’s rankings:
- Entertainment and food: 44/100
- Costs: 31/100
- Safety and accessibility: 77/100

The top 5 cities for celebrating are:
- New York
- Orlando
- San Diego
- Las Vegas
- Chicago
According to the study, Orlando tied for first for the most nightlife options per capita and most restaurants per capita. It was also ranked first for the most luxury shops and gourmet food stores per capita.
San Bernardino, California was ranked the worst overall.
