An officer was taken to the hospital after his unmarked patrol car was hit by another driver in Riverview.
Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said the cars crashed after a driver made a left in front of the officer on Lem Turner Road.
The officer was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
The driver's wife told Action News Jax her fiancé was driving the car with their 6-month-old child inside.
They were not hurt.
