The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is investigating an undetermined death at 5600 San Juan Ave. in the Cedar Hills neighborhood on Monday morning.
JSO said they received a call regarding a person shot around 2:15 a.m. and when they arrived on scene they found one woman dead and one woman in critical condition who was transported to the hospital.
According to JSO, they are waiting for a search warrant from the State Attorney's Office before the crime scene investigators are able to continue working the scene in the apartment.
JSO said they do have a person of interest who has not been apprehended and will release details on the suspect as soon as they are able.

Detectives are currently interviewing neighbors and saiid that there is no reason for neighbors on scene to be concerned at this point.
