The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is turning to neighbors living on 103rd Street on Jacksonville’s Westside with help with a small child.
They say officers found a small child who says he is four-years-old walking alone along 103rd Street. Police are asking anyone with information to give them a call at 904.650.0500.
