JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is searching for more victims of Johan Portilla-Guzman.

Portilla-Guzman owns Pro-Remodeling. According to JSO, he would pose as a licensed contractor to homeowners. Instead of completing the work, he scammed his clients out of “tens of thousands of dollars.”
Portilla-Guzman was arrested over the weekend on charges of organized fraud.

JSO said they want to account for all of Portilla-Guzman’s victims.
