Every two years The Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies, Inc. requires law enforcement agencies to conduct a documented survey every two years.
According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, the Public Opinion Research Labratory at the University of North Florida conducted the survey.
