Jacksonville woman with 24 previous arrests escapes JSO custody

Tracy Broughman

Tracey Broughman, 46, has removed her monitoring bracelet and can not be located, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said in a release.

Broughman was on a work release program and failed to report back as scheduled to the Duval County Jail.

JSO records indicate she has been arrested two dozen times in Jacksonville alone.

Efforts to locate the escaped inmate have been unsuccessful and we are asking for the public's help in locating her.  Inmate Broughman was currently incarcerated since March of 2017 for Bank Fraud, Organized Fraud, Possession of Stolen Credit Cards, and Theft.
