Jags players and Make-A-Wish grant 7-year-old Texas boy's wish to meet his favorite team

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A 7-year-old Texas boy was granted his wish of meeting the Jacksonville Jaguars and watching a game from the stadium Sunday.

Holt is diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia, but that doesn’t stop him from watching his favorite football team on TV. Holt says he loves watching the Jags every week.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central and Northern Florida flew Holt Griffith and his family to Jacksonville in order to grant Holt’s wish of meeting the team before the Jags game against the Falcons.

Holt and his family arrived in Jacksonville and were taken by limousine to EverBank Field at 10:30 a.m.

Holt was given an all access pass to walk on the field before the game. He stood on the sidelines in awe as player after player walked right up to him and introduced themselves.

Dozens of players signed autographs and Blake Bortles signed a football for Holt after spending some time with the youngster.

Holt watched in awe as players he watches every week on TV walked right up to him and helped to make his wish come true.
