Farwell spent the past three seasons as the Jaguars special teams coordinator, helping produce at least one Pro Bowler in each season.

Under his leadership, punter Logan Cooke earned his first Pro Bowl nomination, while long-snapper Ross Matiscik was nominated for a second consecutive year. Both Cooke and Matiscik were named to the Associated Press All-Pro Second Team.

Farwell also helped kicker Cam Little set rookie franchise records in field goals made, as well as points scored.

Prior to the Jaguars, Farwell spent the previous three seasons as the Buffalo Bill’s special teams coordinator as well as the assistant special teams coordinator for both the Carolina Panthers and Seattle Seahawks. Before his coaching career began, Farwell was a linebacker for the Minnesota Vikings as well as the Seattle Seahawks, where he served as the special teams captain when they won the Super Bowl in 2014.
