JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — There were mixed emotions from Jags fans on the bold, all-gold uniforms worn by the players Thursday night.

ESPN was among the many who thought the Jags uniforms Thursday night were less than appealing. ESPN was inspired by the uniforms to create a list of the top five worst uniform decisions in NFL history.

At the top of the list is the current Jacksonville Jaguar helmet, being named the worst helmet in NFL history on the ESPN list released Thursday. ESPN ranks the current Jags helmet, worn by players since the 2013 season, as the worst-looking helmet in NFL history.

The Seattle Seahawks lime green jersey from the 2009 season took worst jersey honors. ESPN ranked the pants worn by the Cleveland Browns this season as the worst pants in NFL history.

The Denver Broncos socks from the 1960-1961 season were picked as the worst socks in NFL history.

The worst overall look went to the 1995-1997 pro bowl uniforms.

Many fans made their point known on social media, saying the jerseys were the worst in NFL history, but there were mixed emotions.
