Jacksonville, Fl — The Jacksonville Jaguars have announced the trade of cornerback CJ Henderson to the Carolina Panthers in exchange for TE Dan Arnold.
Arnold was originally signed by New Orleans in 2017 and spent the first two years of his career with the Saints prior to signing with Arizona in 2019. In 2020 he posted a career high with 31 receptions for 438 yards and four touchdowns.
The Jaguars also acquired a 3rd round pick from Carolina in the trade for their 9th pick from the 2020 NFL Draft.
A tight end and a 3rd round pick for the 9th overall pick last year and a 5th round pick. That is called unloading a player folks! My goodness another swing and a big miss in the first round by the Jags franchise.

CJ Henderson and Chaisson is still doing very little from an impact perspective. That's what you get when ego of the Ramsey move gets in the way of good sound football decisions. Jags tried to replace Ramsey and Yan with two first round picks and whiffed so far.

CJ Henderson might not work out because of whatever he has going on - but why in the world do I see him and Jalen Ramsey playing in a pro bowl together in the next few years?
